CBD works with the human body’s endocannabinoid system of receptors to maintain homeostasis. CBD may affect how these receptors in our brain respond to serotonin already in our system instead of boosting serotonin levels.
The science surrounding CBD and its potential benefits for managing metal and emotional distress is promising and 49% of those who currently use CBD take it for stress.
