Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by logging onto your account and navigating to the Subscriptions tab and page. You can also contact us by phone or email to cancel.

In the USA

TWINE offers Free Standard Shipping on all of our products.

Free Standard Shipping is offered via USPS, FedEx and/or UPS and takes 3-12 business days, depending on location and product mix. If Free Standard Shipping is selected, orders will be processed and shipped within four business days.

International Shipping

TWINECBD.com does not offer international shipping at this time.

TERMS OF SALE & REFUND POLICY

By ordering today I am authorizing the credit card I provide to be charged.  By clicking to order, I represent that I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and full Terms and Conditions of this offer and I understand that I will be liable for payment of product that was shipped to me.  By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids extracted from hemp. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a refund minus return shipping.  Refunds can only be issued for products purchased and payment processed on this website.  Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us at support@twinecbd.com and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product and attach a photo.
